The app (skillgap) and it's entire contents (intellectual property) including but not limited to all information, software, displays, text, design,video , audio etc are property of BOSSLIFE GROUP LTD (Skillgap) The brand skillgap is protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret and other intellectual property & proprietary rights laws. Compromise to this terms by any outside party without prior agreement with BOSSLIFE GROUP LTD (skillgap) will result in legal action by the governing body

General Agreement

This agreement ( the "agreement and the terms") is a contract between you ( users, user, you and your) and skillgap.co (BOSSLIFE GROUP LTD) the company( us, we and our) and governs. Your use of the skillgap website http://www.skillgap.co, it's content, the software and the associated materials made available through this site

Your establishment of a skill test ,including any user name or other information ( your skillgap account) any subsequent login to your skillgap account facilitated by or associated with the site in any way signifies your constructive and actual notice and knowledge of as well as agreement to be bound by theost current version of terms posted on the site. If you do not wish to be bound by this agreement do not establish a skillgap account or do not use the site or services . If you have already established a skillgap account and do not wish to be bound by this you should terminate your account.
By accessing & using skillgap you confirm that you are in agreement with and bound by the terms of service contained in the terms of service . This terms of service apply to the entire website and associates email or means of communication between team skillgap and users. Under no circumstances shall team skillgap be liable for any direct,indirect , special , incidental or consequential damages including but not limited to loss of data or profit arising from using the platform.

License

Team skillgap grants you revocable, non exclusive, limited license to download (install) and use the app strictly in accordance to the companies terms or service .This terms of service is an agreement between you(the user) and skillgap ( the company)

Eligibility

To create a skillgap account , login and participate in any skill test or related skillgap.co services you must qualify and agree to this terms stated below . Failure to continuously abide by this conditions constitutes a breach of this agreement

  1. You are an adult, at least 18 years old of legal consent to engage in skill tests under laws of any jurisdiction.
  2. All info provided in your registration form for purposes of establishing a skillgap account is true and you will promptly notify us of any changes regarding such information.
  3. You will not mask your identity in any way including without limitation IP address masking by accessing the site services illegally through IP masking software.
  4. Your skillgap account is for you only and should not be used by other individuals.
  5. You will not engage in any conduct that will injure the business reputation.
  6. You acknowledge that in establishing your skillgap account you have provided us with certain personal information. While we normally keep this information confidential, you agree that it may be necessary from time to time to disclose them to third parties and you consent to this action.
  7. You have verified and agree that your use of the skillgap app does not violate any law or regulation in any jurisdiction.
  8. You are fully aware that there is a risk of losing money using the platform skillgap.co.
  9. You fully understand the terms of service and your actions will be in accordance with all terms of service.
  10. You understand that the admins have no control over the outcomes of your skill tests (as you are the individual participating/competing), but we will step in only for dispute resolutions.

Privacy

we use your information only as described in the skillgap.co policy . We view protection of users privacy as a very important community principle. You can access and modify information you provided to us and choose not to receive certain communications by signing in to your account

Indemnity

You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless skillgap.co against all claims, liability and damages .. costs and expenses including reasonable legal fees and expenses arising out or related to

  • Breach of this agreement
  • Your use of this site and platform
  • Failure to abide by any restriction regarding the use of any skill test or submissions
  • 4. Any claims by third party regarding submissions of skill tests

Abuse

  • Racism
  • Proposing illegal activity or discussing an intent to commit illegal activity
  • Seeking to exploit or harm anyone
  • Impersonating
  • Including any users private details in a post
  • Soliciting funds
  • Not following site rules

Restrictions

You agree not to and will not permit others to license, rent, lease, assign, distribute, host or disclose or exploit the app or make the platform available to third party
